Turned up not only on time but early. Less time than quoted to do the job. Easy to talk to wasted no time done in just over 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

A leak in the main pipe to our house occurred. We called Paul’s Plumbing, stated our problem. He was at our house within 2 hours. Was very understanding and professional in dealing with the problem. At first I was really worried about getting a plumber in to fix this massive leak in our mains pipe, I thought it was going to be expensive and a horrible experience until I contacted Paul…. Paul was amazing. Arrived as soon as he could, in this case well within the hour. When he got here, he quickly identified the problem, told us what had happened, how it could be fixed and the cost involved. He quickly got on with changing the join, resealed the pipe then offered to help us fill in the massive hole in our garden. The job costed us less than $100 compared to what we had been quoted by others (at least $280). He asked us if we had any other problems, he fixed one of our down pipes free of charge. The other down pipe he asked us if we would like to fix it ourselves, which we really appreciated as we want to be able to learn to do some easy tasks. He wrote down what we needed from Bunnings and then how to fix it. Still offering his help if we get stuck! Overall, Paul was fantastic, helpful, friendly, highly affordable and certainly comes highly recommended!!!

Paul did a great job fixing a leak in our toilet today. He seems to be a decent family man, and he sorted the problem easily. His fee was reasonable, unlike the quote given to me by another company. I will contact Paul again for any plumbing jobs. It is good to know that we have a reliable, friendly plumber of his calibre in Forest Lake.
Helpful, professional, trustworthy person. Paul is an extremely likeable person who is very willing to help and offers his honest & good advice willingly. I called him on a Sunday to install a Y Junction in the laundry sink & to check for a possible water leak. He did all the two jobs extremely well and did not even charge me fro the 2nd job after explaining that there is a better solution. I would highly recommend him for all jobs.
I called Paul today to fix a tap and he came same day. Nothing was too much trouble- he’s friendly, professional and does a great job. Would definitely recommend his services and use him again 🙂
I highly recommend Paul. He arrived on the same day as we reported a problem with our leaking hot water system. Unfortunately we needed to replace our 20 year old unit but he sourced a new one and replaced it the same day. More than happy with the service and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Paul came on short notice to fix a burst water main. Prompt and fixed the problem with no nonsense. Saved in my phone book.
We had an emergency call out to fix a burst hot water pipe at our house. Paul was able to arrive very quickly and stopped the water flow. We ended up have the tap replaced and Paul offered a decent service and price on his visit.
What can i say? I called Paul this morning at 830 to discuss a blocked drain and he answered immediately. He squeezed me into a very busy day, as my wife is pregnant and he felt sorry for me. He turned up precisely when he said he would. He then fixed my problem for the agreed upon price and even sorted a couple of other issues I had around the house at no extra charge. Being in a customer orientated career myself I felt compelled to leave this review. I cannot recommend this bloke strongly enough: friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and very, very capable. And yes, my name is also Paul but I’m not him.
Paul and Beau did a great job at removing our blockage with all the right equipment. They turned up prompltlywith very little notice and were pleasant and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. Thoroughly recommend them.
A mate at work recommended Paul to replace 3 toilets in my townhouse – great work, great price and completed the job very quickly and Paul even gave me a lift back to work – I don’t think this is normally part of the service though! 😉 Will be using Paul again when I renovate my bathrooms Great stuff!

Called Paul today about a blocked drain. He arrange a time to come out today. He turned up on time. He cleared my drain and put his camera down to see what was blocking it. Found tree roots that had cracked my pipe. He located it and is doing a quote to repair it. Paul and Beau are reliable, very friendly, all the best gear at a reasonable price. Called other plumbers and the closest one was $100 more. Highly recommended. Will be using again. Wish there was more honest tradesmen like him.
Paul was so good (looking) haha Awesome Service, same day on the job quote, then we booked in a date and time for the next wk, He plumbed in my fridge and even showed me how to use it, who knew water and ice magically appears at the push of a button:) Nice Guy and Great Service.
